AFTER Christmas, my plans went up in the air! Due to the lack of snow in Europe, France with 2 Meter wide runs patched together, my plans to film in the back country with Jamie Nicholls had to take a serious re-route. I had to make a quick decision on location for training before the LAAX Open. I looked at the forecasts and Europe really wasn’t looking promising, so I booked a last minute ticket to the US for 10 days and scored!

I have to say it was one of my best trips so far to Colorado. We did have some CRAZY cold weather -27 on one day, but blue bird skies and a perfect park to ride! Not only was riding good, I mixed it up and road with a great gang, locals Nate Kern and Keri Herman, and Jess Rich from Australia, hot laps, with a great crew, it couldn’t have been a better way to ride in the New Year. I threw a few clips together for you to enjoy here!
